Non-Systemic Schools Access to Scout and the Extranet

CSNSW provides the equivalent support to RI/PJP schools as a diocese would to a systemic school. The Principal of the school is the first point of contact. If they cannot assist their teachers, CSNSW can assist. Where CSNSW cannot assist, CSNSW will need to contact the DoE to assist.

CSNSW assists or directs to the DoE Scout support team

Independent school staff need to log into Scout via the NSW Independent Schools (AIS) link instead of using the NETiD.

Go to: https://education.nsw.gov.au/about-us/educational-data/scout/reports then click on Access Scout Reports

then click on the hyperlink NSW Independent Schools (AIS):

You should then see NAPLAN results.

If you need support for this, please contact the AIS Support Team at naplanreporting@aisnsw.edu.au.

CSNSW does not provide NAPLAN results to parents. Parents need to contact the school that the student was at when sitting the NAPLAN tests.

Accessing the DOE Portal for SMU/AMU etc.

Staff at non-systemic (Independent) schools, need to login to NETiD (https://netid.csnsw.catholic.edu.au/) and click on DOE Portal. Sign in to the DOE Portal and you will then have access to AMU/SMU etc.
