Background

ALAN is a sub-section within the NSW Department of Education (NSW DoE). The ALAN support team provides the ALAN tile to Diocesan and CSNSW staff members, as these are both considered to be Corporate offices. This team also looks after any issues relating to the extranet access to the NSW DoE.

NSW Catholic systemic schools have a hierarchy they need to follow, so that the work flow is manageable by all.

This table should provide guidance, to applications support workers, when receiving tickets/requests from different users.
