How to access SCOUT for Catholic Independent Schools

The purpose of this documentation is to guide Catholic Independent Schools on how to access NAPLAN results in SCOUT.

  1. Go to https://portal.education.nsw.gov.au/ and log in using your DoE account.

Contact service@csnsw.catholic.edu.au if you have questions/issues with your DoE account.

  1. Select SCOUT (red button)

  1. It will take you to another page and then select Acces Scout Reports

  1. Select Department of Education (DoE) staff

The Catholic Schools (CS) link is for diocese schools to access SCOUT.

 

  1. Confirm your access or select your account in a DoE format your_DoE_username@nonstaff.education.nsw.gov.au

If prompted to enter your email address, please enter your_DoE_username@nonstaff.education.nsw.gov.au

 

  1. Select NAPLAN AIS to access the NAPLAN results for your school.
