Meeting Requirements for AI Notes

The following conditions must be met for AI Notes to work successfully.
✅ Teams meeting needs to be a scheduled meeting for AI Notes to work.
✅ Automatic Record and Transcribe (R&T) must be enabled when booking the meeting.
o If R&T is enabled on the spot of the meeting, it will record and transcribe without AI Notes.
✅ The meeting needs to be booked after Teams Premium is activated.
o Meetings booked before Teams Premium was activated will record and transcribe without AI Notes. We suggest recreating the meeting if AI notes are required.
✅ Teams meeting needs to be more than 5 minutes to activate AI Notes.
✅ Teams meeting needs to be to be in English.
