The Status Page contains all updates/outages and issues to the working capacity of applications that our housed in NETiD.

Prerequisites

• A NETiD account (optional)

Instructions

There are multiple ways by which you can learn about updates to the status of any of the applications housed in NETiD

1. Simply click on http://status.csnsw.cloud/ (no NETiD account needed).

OR

1. Login to NETiD https://netid.csnsw.catholic.edu.au/

2. You will receive an orange-pop up in the top right hand corner of your home page.

3. Click on this pop-up

4. You will be taken to the Status Page

5. Click Subscribe to Updates to receive email notifications anytime there are updates to the Status Page
