How to provision ALAN access for Teachers in NetID (guide for Principals)

Overview

This document will assist the school Principal in provisioning their teachers with access to ALAN in NetID.

Prerequisites for principals

  • Your NETiD login details

  • Provisioning rights (must be a Principal with an Administrator account type in NetID if you are provisioning your staff members)

Instructions

  1. Login to NETID https://netid.csnsw.catholic.edu.au

  2. Go to My Applications (1) and then select the Provision (2) tab. Expand the Application list then select ALAN (BSKA/Y1Phonics/Plan2) (3)

Select by ticking the alan_user box (4) for the staff who requires ALAN access and then select the Submit (5) button to apply the changes.
