NETiD - Extend a user's expiration date


This page is useful when needing to extend the expiration date for your staff’s access to your Organisation.


  • Your NETiD login details


  1. Login to NETID at

  2. Go to the Users tab

3. Select the user whose account you wish to extend the expiration for

4. Under Organisational Details, click Edit beside the Organisation for which they need extending

Ensure you change the Status to Active.


5. When finished editing, click Save
