Uploading data to CSNSW using the Census Upload portal
Prerequisites
To be able to complete the Census Upload process, you will need to prepare your data files as per the CSNSW Data File Specification:

File Naming Convention
File Name | The file naming standard for each file follows this pattern: Census [YEAR]-[MONTH]-[LOCATION AGEID or Diocese]-[FileType]-ver[#].csv

Uploading Data Files
To upload your Census data files to CSNSW for the February Census process, follow this URL: https://csnsw.link/Feb-2024-Census-File-Upload
You will be taken to this screen:
Click the blue “Select files” button and browse to the location where you have your census files saved:
You can select one or all files and click “Open”.
You will see the file(s) listed:
NOTE: Make sure you enter your first name and last name into the fields and click the blue “Upload” button. If you forget, you will see the red “Required” message below the fields.
A progress bar will show the status of the upload process:
With a final message when the upload is complete:
Your files are now uploaded, and our team will receive a notification email at this point. We'll contact you if there are any issues with your uploaded data files.
