Troubleshooting SchoolsHUB Login Issues

We recommend using Google Chrome web browser for SchoolsHUB

New Accounts - Close & re-open your browser

After registering with SchoolsHub you will be prompted to edit your profile to link the <Diocese> diocese office and request roles. If this does not allow you to progress, a common way to resolve issues logging in is to shut your browser and re-open after registering for a user and password setting.

Existing Accounts - Clear your browser cache

Even though you have changed the password there may be a browser cache issue – so use Google Chrome. Navigate to the top right-hand side and click on the vertical ellipse (shown below):

Go to Settings, Privacy and Security

  • Go to Site Settings, All Sties and select View Site Permissions and Data stored Across All Sites and select the arrow:

  • You should see the following screen:

  • Click on the vertical ellipse on the right-hand side then select Clear Data:

Then this dialogue box appears:

  • Click clear, then close your browser and re-open.
