Troubleshooting AGEID Errors

When you receive the following error message, followed by a list of AGEIDs:

ERROR: The file submitted contains AGEID values that are not within your Diocese or does not match the AGEID of your Non-Systemic School. Please adjust these values and re-submit the file.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check that the AGEIDs mentioned in the Error Report are valid AGEIDs and/or AGEIDs that exist in your School or Diocese.

  2. Check that the user uploading the file has a NETiD account connected to the email address they are logging into the CSNSW Census portal with. You can check this under the Organisational Details of the My Details screen

  3. Check that the users NETiD account is linked to the correct School or Diocese (should be Diocese Education Office for diocesan staff). You can check this under the Organisational Details of the My Details screen

  4. Check that the users NETiD account is a NETiD Diocesan User account type. You can check the ‘NETiD Account Type’ on the My Details screen.
