CSNSW Principal's NCCD Confirmation

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE CSNSW PRINCIPAL NCCD CONFIRMATION FOR YOUR SCHOOL

PRINCIPAL NCCD CONFIRMATION ~ 2025 DATES

1. Nominated Principals (or Acting Principals) only can access the CSNSW Principal NCCD Confirmation on the following three dates:

  • Wednesday 30 July 2025 (from 7 am)

  • Thursday 31 August 2025

  • Friday 1 August 2025 (until 12 midday)

 

2. An authorised nominated Principal cannot delegate this confirmation authority to anyone else. For any last minute, emergency changes to nominated personnel between 30 July - 1 August, Principal’s need to urgently contact one of the following contacts BEFORE 12 NOON FRIDAY 1 AUGUST 2025:

3. Before completing your school’s CSNSW Principal NCCD Confirmation, ensure that you are familiar with the eligibility of students for the NCCD and Non-Government Schools Census in both the:

  1. 2025 NCCD National Guidelines

  2. 2025 Non Government Schools Census Requirements

 

If you discover you may have made an error in confirming your NCCD data, your school will need to be UNLOCKED so the error can be corrected, and then your NCCD data will need to be resubmitted and reconfirmed. To UNLOCK your school, the principal needs to urgently contact your listed representative from the above table BEFORE 12 NOON FRIDAY AUGUST 1st, 2025:
