NCCD Principal Confirmation Unlockers

Nominated NCCD Unlockers & the CSNSW Service Team can assist any schools that need to have the Principal Confirmation re-confirmed.

Details:

  • This security group will be made up of no more than between one to five staff from each diocese that will be the key contact for Principals SHOULD the need arise that their NCCD Principal Confirmation needs to be REDONE if a mistake has been made

  • This group will have active permissions in the final few days of Census week whilst principals complete their CSNSW NCCD Principal Confirmations

  • Only the NCCD UNLOCKER (not the Principal) will be able to firstly UNLOCK the school that the NCCD Principal Confirmation has already been completed for, and secondly EDIT or DELETE any NCCD data for that school that needs to be corrected or omitted (e.g. a student has left the school and needs to be removed from NCCD data)

  • The NCCD UNLOCKER will then need to prompt and direct the Principal to undertake the CSNSW NCCD Principal Confirmation process again.
