Request data from Catholic Schools NSW
Overview
As the Approved Authority for Catholic Schools in NSW, we have access to and collect data that may be useful for your school or diocese. It is possible to request access to or exports of these data sets using the Data Request process outlined below.
Instructions
Go to CSNSW Service Portal located here: https://help.csnsw.cloud
Select Data Request in CSNSW School & Diocese Service Desk under Suggested forms
Fill up the form with the following details then click Send
Summary – Enter a short description of the request.
Description - Add specific information such as;
What information is needed?
When is it need?
Which school, year, or diocese the data will be from?
Business Justification – Provide the reason or purpose of the data request
A captcha window will come up and select the correct images as requested. Click Verify after all correct images have been selected.
After the images are verified, the next page will show your reference/ticket number for tracking and updates.
