Overview
Users who used to be in a position of administration may still be receiving Task notifications to action, even if that is no longer their responsibility.
Issue
I used to be the person who would approve/ reject requests for access to different applications. I am no longer in charge of this, but I’m still getting the notifications.
Explanation
This problem is caused by the NETiD Position Type being still set to Administrator from their previous role. This needs to be changed back to Standard so you do not receive notifications.
To do so: please contact service@csnsw.catholic.edu.au to request that they change your NETiD Position Type.
