Census [YEAR]-[MONTH]-[LOCATION AGEID or Diocese]-[FileType]-ver[#].csv |
YEAR = Census Year (2019, 2020, 2021 etc) in format of YYYY. MONTH = The Census Month (i.e. Feb or Aug). LOCATION AGEID or Diocese = The LOCATION AGEID of an individual non-systemic school (i.e. 12345) or the Diocese name as shown below. FileType = The type of data contained in this file. ( i.e. StudentData / TeacherData / NonTeacherData) # = the version number for the file. Use this to keep track of your own versions as changes or corrections are made. Best practice would be to increment the version number after each upload.
