Principals are unable to move a new staff member into their location if the user has a pre-existing Extranet Portal account.

Users who have been employed at other schools may already possess have an Extranet account. For these users do

Do not create a new Extranet account.

Instead, their pre-existing Extranet account will need to be moved to their new location.

Resolution

Do not create a new account for this user. Instead, please contact SMART Support for your jurisdiction to have the staff member’s details changed and their location updatedIf the user has moved from one school to another, within a Diocese, the Principal should contact the Diocesan Officer to update the user’s details to link them to their new school.

If the user has moved from one Diocese to the other, the Diocesan Officer needs to contact appsupport@csnsw.catholic.edu.au to have them moved.
