Issue: An existing user with an Extranet login has moved to my school

Principals are unable to move a new staff member into their location if the user has a pre-existing Extranet Portal account.

Users who have been employed at other schools may already have an Extranet account.

Do not create a new Extranet account.

Instead, their pre-existing Extranet account will need to be moved to their new location.

Resolution

If the user has moved from one school to another, within a Diocese, the Principal should contact the Diocesan Officer to update the user’s details to link them to their new school.

If the user has moved from one Diocese to the other, the Diocesan Officer needs to contact appsupport@csnsw.catholic.edu.au to have them moved.
