CSNSW acts as all Independent schools' Diocesan Officers. The Principal of the school is the first point of contact. If they cannot assist their teachers, CSNSW should be able to assist. Where CSNSW cannot assist, CSNSW will need to contact the DoE to assist.

CSNSW does not provide NAPLAN results to parents. Parents need to contact the school that the student was at when sitting the NAPLAN tests.
