Overview

This document will assist the school in provisioning staff members with access to ALAN in NetID.

Prerequisites for principals

• Your NETiD login details

• Provisioning rights (must be a Principal with an Adminisattror account type in NetID if you are provisioning your staff members)

Instructions

1. Login to NETID https://netid.csnsw.catholic.edu.au

2. Go to My Applications (1) and then select the Provision (2) tab. Expand the Application list then select ALAN (BSKA/Y1Phonics/Plan2) (3)

Select by ticking the alan_user box (4) for the staff who requires ALAN access and then select the Submit (5) button to apply the changes.
