Staff at non-systemic (Independent) schools, need to login to their NETiD, add the application SCOUT. Then their NETID username is to be sent in an email to appsupport@csnsw.catholic.edu.au for them to add the user to the PowerApps group.
Password Reset
Please have them go to the extranet (https://extranet.det.nsw.edu.au) and click “Forgot password”.
CSNSW can also assist in updating passwords and extending account access.
