Create a New Personalised Plan for a Student

This article will assist in creating a new Personalised Plan for students.
Prerequisites
Your own NETiD login details
The Personalised Planning application
Instructions
Login to NETiD
Click on Personalised Planning
Click on Add new record
Enter details
Fields highlighted with asterisks (red stars) are required.
Click Add Student
A confirmation message will be displayed
The system will validate whether the student exists based on the student’s date of birth, first name, and last name. If a student record that meets this criterion is found and created in the system, the following message will be displayed.
Independent schools please email service@csnsw.catholic.edu.au
Teachers at a Diocesan school, please email your Diocesan Officer
N.B. DO NOT CIRCUMVENT THE APPLICATION BY ENTERING:
-A false date of birth
-A middle name or initial in their first name field
If no student record is found in the system, a new record will be created and available in Student Management to develop a plan when the PPSD button is clicked.
For new students created in Student Management, the system will create the plan and show this message:
