Occasionally, a user’s Extranet portal will display the message:

Forbidden

You do not have permission to access the requested resource.

https://extranet.det.nsw.edu.au/group/extranet/home

Resolution: “Forbidden”

1. Have your principal check that your access has not expired.

2. Have your principal reset your password using this document as instructions https://csnsw.atlassian.net/l/c/H8d3FTov

3. If your access has not expired and the password reset is unsuccessful, please contact your Diocesan Officer (if you’re from a Diocesan/Systemic school), or appsupport@csnsw.catholic.edu.au (if you’re from an Independent/Non-Systemic school).
