An Administrator is able to Impersonate a User in the Sports Portal

Sometimes an Administrator will need to Impersonate a User in order to do some testing or to check to see that a User has the right provisions. This sheet will assist in doing so.

Steps to follow:

1. Log in to NETiD

2. Go to the CSNSW Sport Portal

3. Login

4. Go to the top left hand corner

5. Click on the Menu

6. Select Security

7. Select Users

8. Search for the User you wish to impersonate

9. Click on the icon to the right of the User’s name:

   Open

   

10. Click OK
