Sign in to Microsoft Teams using your CSSA user account

  1. Open your web browser using guest profile.

    1. If you are using Google Chrome, click your profile in the top-right corner and then select Guest.

b. If you are using Microsoft Edge, click your profile in the top-left corner, select Other profile and then select Browse as guest.

  1. Copy or go to https://teams.microsoft.com, paste it on the address bar and then press enter. It will take you to the Microsoft Teams sign in page that looks like below.

Please make sure you are using guest profile on your web browser when accessing the Microsoft Teams sign in page.

  1. Enter your CSSA username and then click Next.

Your CSSA username is in a format of your firstname.lastname@cssaexams.nsw.edu.au

  1. Enter your CSSA password and then select Sign In.

  1. Verify your identify by selecting the authentication method you have setup.

For example, if you have setup via Phone using your mobile number, enter the code that was sent to you via SMS and then select Verify.

  1. You will be prompted asking you to Stay signed in?, select No.

  1. It will take you in to Microsoft Teams.

On the top right corner, click your profile to check your are logged in using your CSSA account.

On the left menu, click Teams to see the subject that your are registered with.
