Using the Service portal

The Service portal allows you to raise new requests, access documentation in our Knowledge Base (KB) and view the status of all previous requests in one place.

Support is allocated to different levels in different types of schools.

Here are some quick steps for accessing the portal:

  1. The portal is located at https://help.csnsw.cloud, start by opening this in your web browser.

  2. If you’re not logged in you will see the following login screen - select either Continue with Google (if you use G Suite for your email) or Continue with Microsoft (if you use Office 365/Outlook for your email).

     

  3. Now that you’re logged in, you should see a screen similar to the one below. From here you can search the Knowledge Base (KB), look at commonly accessed KB articles, creating a new Request and look at Requests you’ve previously raised.

     

You can always raise new Requests by emailing appsupport@csnsw.catholic.edu.au if you cannot access the Help Center portal. If you have any trouble with the portal, please let us know!
